Do You Deliver Nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Delivery costs will be visible on the product page. If you would like delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer assembly service?
Yes, we do offer an assembly service. This is included as standard for our sofas and wingback chairs but not for all products. If you're unsure, please contact us.
How long will delivery take?
For our bespoke set specification items, delivery takes approximately 6 weeks. Stock items are delivered within 2–3 weeks unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, we accept a 50% deposit on all made-to-order items, with the remaining balance due before delivery once the item is ready. If the item is in stock at the time of order, we do not accept deposits—full payment is required.
Im not sure it will fit in my house?
Ensuring the item will fit is the customer's responsibility. However, if you're unsure, please contact us with images and dimensions, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to get the item into your home. Most of our items will fit through a standard doorway.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all of our items come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Some products, like our British-made sofas, include an extended frame warranty of up to 20 years. Warranty details are visible on the product page.

95% of our large items are delivered with our own team in our own vehicles, we travel up and down the country every week ensuring your order is delivered safe and sound. most orders are delivered within 2 weeks of order.
