WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS HOWEVER DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS - ALL DELIVERIES ARE NOW A DOORSTEP DELIVERY ONLY.
How much will my delivery cost?
All orders totalling over £150 are delivered to anywhere on the UK mainland complementary, non-UK mainland addresses will incur to an additional delivery charge.
Orders that fail to meet the £150 order requirement will be subject to a £9.60 delivery charge.
After adding items to and viewing your cart you can verify your orders delivery charge by selecting the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' option.
Made to order items follow a different delivery schedule to our normal delivery service. The product itself will have the specific delivery details outlined.
How our delivery's work. (All deliverys are now doorstep only)
Once payment is processed, the transport team will schedule your delivery. A partner courier will aim to deliver smaller items within ten working days. Larger items can take up to 14 working days with our furniture specialist courier.
On some occasions, we can deliver certain products with a pallet delivery. Deliveries of this type often can be scheduled for delivery for within five working days on a customer-specified date. Please contact us on the web chat or by phone to discuss availability before placing your order.
Some products can be delivered to the UK mainland with our 'Two-person room of choice' service, available for £49.99. Availability of this can be found in the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' of your cart. (Currently not Available due to Covid-19)
Our 'white-glove' delivery service, available for £85, is available on product codes beginning with 'RD505' and 'RDGMTO'. This adds a furniture assembly and packaging removal service additional to the 'Two-person room of choice' service. (Currently not Available due to Covid-19)

Cancellations and Refunds for Online Orders (Online Customers Only)
Changed your mind as soon as you have completed order & it has not been delivered. (change colour)
Although Rydan has a huge variety of furniture on a rare occasion our customers may have had a change of heart for whatever reason after placing their order. If this situation occurs, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery of your item. All you need to do is advise us in writing within 48 hours by emailing us at [email protected] or simply contact us on 01482 223211. Once we have acknowledged receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 7 days using the same method as your original payment. A cancellation notice will be posted to your email address. Please note for card refunds it can take up to 7 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.
Returns and Exchanges (Online Customers Only)
If you have received your goods and you have changed your mind. Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after the day of receiving your goods. The cost of returning goods is at the expense of the customer. You are not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period if the item has been personalised or custom made for you. You are under obligation as a duty of care to ensure the item(s) are returned in their original packaging, to eliminate damage to the items during transit, and to also verify it is the product you received. You have a further 14 days to actually send the item(s) back. Once the goods are back at our local warehouse and have been inspected for damage, misuse and/or incorrect fittings such as light fittings, we will confirm the refund amount due by e-mail and make the repayment within 30 calendar days. Please note for card refunds it can take up to 7 days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.
