All Tetrad furniture comes with a 2-year fabric guarantee, a 2-year spring guarantee, and a 1-year guarantee for all cushion interiors. All guarantees are valid from the date of delivery to the retailer and cover claims made only by the original owner of products with fair and regular use. All guarantees cover Tetrad items purchased from our partner retailers only. This guarantee is non- transferable. They do not cover any damages caused by abnormal, commercial or institutional use, poor storage conditions, accidents, negligence by you or any third party. As manufacturers we cannot be held responsible for any problems relating to any form of treatment applied by the consumer or third party or non-compliance with the Upholstery Care Guide issued with our products. Any alterations and non-approved repairs will invalidate the guarantee."
