All guarantees cover Tetrad items purchased from our partner retailers only. This guarantee is non- transferable. They do not cover any damages caused by abnormal, commercial or institutional use, poor storage conditions, accidents, negligence by you or any third party. As manufacturers we cannot be held responsible for any problems relating to any form of treatment applied by the consumer or third party or non-compliance with the Upholstery Care Guide issued with our products. Any alterations and non-approved repairs will invalidate the guarantee."

our time served craftsmen, who make every component with
the utmost care and attention to detail.

We use birch hardwoods rails in all our glued, screwed and
dowelled frames as this gives great strength and durability
over time. A coil sprung seat platform, each model is then skilfully upholstered by one of our time served craftsmen. The end result being a heritage piece that will become ‘an heirloom of the future’
