Yes, we offer assembly on most items.

Assembly is included as standard for all sofas and wingback chairs. For other items, including dining tables, dining chairs and bar stools, assembly is available for an additional £40 per item.

We also remove all packaging as part of the service to make the process as smooth as possible.

Yes, all of our items come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Some products, like our British-made sofas, include an extended frame warranty of up to 25 years. Warranty details are visible on the product page.

Yes, we accept a 50% deposit on all made-to-order items, with the remaining balance due before delivery once the item is ready. If the item is in stock at the time of order, we do not accept deposits—full payment is required.
