We are closed on Fridays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If you are unable to visit during our usual opening hours, please contact us. Where possible, we will be happy to arrange a showroom appointment on a day when we are normally closed.

Many of our sofas, armchairs, occasional chairs, dining tables and dining chairs can be customised to suit your home and personal style.

Depending on the collection, options may include different sizes, configurations, fabrics, leathers, colours, wood finishes, leg styles and comfort choices. Some dining tables are also available in a selection of sizes, shapes and finishes.

Available options vary between manufacturers, and certain customisations may involve an additional cost. If you have something specific in mind, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you through the available choices.

Many of our pieces are available with a wide range of fabric options, and we can provide samples where available depending on the manufacturer.

We also have a selection of fabrics available to view in our showroom, which can help you get a better feel for colours and textures before making a decision.

Most of our pieces are designed to fit through standard doorways, but access can vary depending on your property. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us your room measurements, access details or photos, and we’ll gladly advise.

While we’ll always do our best to guide you, ensuring the item fits into your property is ultimately the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times vary depending on the item.

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are typically delivered within 8–12 weeks from order confirmation. In-stock items are usually delivered within 3–6 weeks.

Estimated lead times are shown on each product page where possible. While we always aim to meet these timeframes, they are estimates and may vary slightly.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Yes, we deliver throughout England, Wales and most areas of Scotland. Delivery charges are shown on each product page.

Assembly is included as standard for sofas, armchairs and some occasional chairs. It is not included with every product, and items delivered directly by a supplier may have a different delivery service.
