Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged once per fulfilment location.

If your order contains multiple items from the same warehouse, only the highest applicable delivery charge for that warehouse will be applied.

If your order contains products supplied from different fulfilment locations (for example, furniture delivered by Rydan Interiors and products delivered directly by one of our partner suppliers), separate delivery charges may apply. This is because the items are delivered independently by different delivery services.

England & Wales

Large Items: £60

Small Items: £25

England & Wales – Surcharge Areas

Selected surcharge postcodes, including parts of Greater London and other designated locations.

Large Items: £75

Small Items: £35

Scotland Zone 1

Excludes the Isle of Arran and all Scottish Islands.

Large Items: £60

Small Items: £25

Scotland Zone 2

Excludes Scottish Islands and certain remote locations which require a quotation.

Large Items: £120

Small Items: £40

Direct Outdoor Furniture

Outdoor furniture supplied directly by Gallery Direct is delivered separately from our own furniture and is subject to the following delivery charges:

These charges apply per delivery and are calculated automatically at checkout.

If your order contains both Gallery Direct outdoor furniture products and furniture supplied by Rydan Interiors, separate delivery charges may apply as the items are dispatched from different warehouses using different delivery services.

Remote Delivery Areas

Scottish Islands, the Isle of Arran, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and certain remote locations require an individual delivery quotation.

Please contact us before placing your order if your postcode falls within one of these areas.

Northern Ireland

As a guide only:

• 2 Seater Sofa: approximately £290
• 3 Seater and 2 Seater together: approximately £350

These prices are estimates only and may vary depending on property access, order size, courier availability and final destination.

Free Collection

Free collection is available from our Hull showroom.

Some items may require transfer from partner warehouses, and made-to-order furniture is subject to the lead time shown on the product page.

Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Please note that our outdoor furniture range is delivered directly from our supplier and is not available for collection from our Hull showroom. This allows us to offer a wider range of products while ensuring they are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Additional Delivery Charges

Certain postcodes, islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland and specialist delivery locations may require additional delivery charges due to increased transport, handling or third-party courier costs.

Where our website states "Contact Us for a Quote", or where delivery costs cannot reasonably be calculated automatically at checkout, any delivery charge shown at the time of ordering is provisional and may require review once your order has been received.

If an additional delivery charge is required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost.

For standard, non-bespoke products, customers may cancel their order for a full refund prior to dispatch if the revised delivery charge is not accepted.

For bespoke or made-to-order products, once production has commenced, cancellation rights may be limited in accordance with our Returns & Cancellations Policy and Terms of Service.

We will always aim to communicate any additional delivery requirements or charges as quickly and transparently as possible.
