Shipping and Delivery Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items are usually delivered within 3 to 6 weeks unless the product page states the item is a pre order or made to order product.

Where possible, deliveries within mainland UK are completed using our own delivery team. Most mainland UK customers receive delivery within approximately 4 weeks depending on location and availability. On occasion, we may use one of our approved furniture courier partners.

Made to order items follow separate production lead times depending on the product selected. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking or delivery updates where available.

Please note that declining an offered delivery slot may add up to 21 days to your delivery timeframe.

All delivery dates and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery Windows and Estimated Arrival Times

Where delivery services are carried out by us or our approved delivery partners, we may provide estimated delivery windows or estimated arrival times for convenience.

Any estimated delivery window is provided based on information available at the time delivery routes are planned, including traffic conditions, delivery schedules, weather conditions and operational requirements.

As circumstances may change during the course of the delivery route, we cannot guarantee arrival within a specific time window. Deliveries may arrive earlier or later than the estimated time provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring somebody is available at the delivery address within a reasonable period surrounding the estimated delivery window provided.

We are not responsible for losses, missed appointments, contractor costs, loss of earnings, inconvenience or indirect costs arising from changes to estimated delivery times or delays outside our reasonable control.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged once per order. If multiple items are ordered together, the delivery charge will remain the same unless the basket contains both large and small items, in which case the large item delivery rate will apply automatically.


Delivery Zones and Charges

Light Green Zone

Non surcharge locations shown in light green.

  • Large items: £50

  • Small items: £15

Dark Green Zone, England Surcharge Areas

Includes selected surcharge areas including locations within the M25.

  • Large items: standard rate plus £25

  • Small items: standard rate plus £15

Orange Zone, Scotland Zone 1

  • Large items: £50

  • Small items: £20

Excludes the Isle of Arran and all Scottish Islands. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

Yellow Zone, Scotland Zone 2

  • Large items: £120

  • Small items: £35

This rate excludes Scottish Islands and certain remote areas which require a custom delivery quotation.

Red Zones

For locations within the red delivery zones, please contact us for a personalised delivery quotation before placing your order.

As a guide only:

  • Delivery of a 2 seater sofa to Northern Ireland is approximately £290

  • Delivery of a 3 seater and 2 seater together is approximately £350

These prices are estimates only and may vary depending on property access, order size, courier availability and final destination.


Remote Delivery Areas and Delivery Surcharges

Certain postcodes, islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland and specialist delivery locations may require additional delivery charges due to increased transport, handling or third party courier costs.

Where our website states “contact us for a quote” or where delivery costs cannot reasonably be calculated automatically at checkout, any delivery charge shown at the time of order is provisional only and may require review following order confirmation.

In these circumstances, we reserve the right to contact customers after an order has been placed to confirm any additional delivery costs before dispatch or delivery is arranged.

For standard non bespoke items, customers may cancel the order for a full refund prior to dispatch if additional delivery charges are not accepted.

For bespoke or made to order products, once production has commenced, cancellation rights may be limited in accordance with our Returns & Cancellations Policy and Terms of Service.

We will always aim to communicate any additional delivery requirements or charges as quickly and transparently as possible.
