Fantastic customer care. Whole process was a pleasure. Delivery was great. The product is super made and lovely quality. These guys tick all the boxes. I would not hesitate to buy from then again. We visited to showroom in Hull to check out the quality beforehand, but wouldn't need to do that in the future as all the stuff they sell is quality.

Amazing retailer, Trina was kind enough to give us an appointment on a Saturday, we travelled from Wakefield to Hull and were not disappointed. Trina was exceptionally nice and professional, with lots of help and advice. I can't recommend Rydan enough to all. I received my sofa exactly on time . The delivery drivers were very professional and We were delighted with the quality and look of the sofa. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
Rydan Design & Interiors were very helpful with the initial order and confirmation of order. However when projected delivery date was passed we had to chase them up twice as to what was happening, they could improve on keeping customer updated. Actual delivery on the day was very good with delivery men asking if they could deliver it earlier as they were ahead of schedule. Both were very courteous and polite purveying a good image of the company. Wording on delivery tracking could be better as when it said they were one stop away we panicked as we were not at home at the time, it turned out that they were just leaving London when we are in Dorset! Perhaps a tracking comment along the lines of “We’re one hour away” would be better. Would certainly deal with Rydan again though.

From ordering to delivery this process was seamless. Questions, via the contact form, were answered fully and in a timely manner. The delivery was on time with the new chair put in position and the old one being moved to a safe place.
The new chair is just as expected and is so comfortable that I have hardly moved since it arrived.

Rydan Interiors have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our bespoke sofa is stunning and the quality is amazing. Daniel is Sales has been great, his communication throughout the entire process, from design, updates on completion and then arranging a delivery time suitable. Carl on the delivery team listened to instructions and gave me a call prior to delivery so I did not have to lose a whole day's annual leave. On arrival, they removed our old sofa and placed it in a position for the council to collect. All in all a fantastic experience. I would thoroughly recommend Rydan Interiors. We could not be any happier with our new sofas and armchair. The quality of the leather and the Harris tweed is excellent, and looks amazing in our lounge. From our initial conversation with Daniel to place our order, to the friendly and professional delivery by Paul and Carl, the customer service has been outstanding! We can't recommend the whole team at Rydan enough. The sofas and chairs are extremely comfortable, and Holly the English cocker spaniel has given the paws-up to her new chair!

We have had an excellent service from Rydan Design from our visit to the showroom to try out the sofas there was no pushy sales and Daniel was superb and gave us time to decide with our choice of sofa . We were able to design our own sofa and chairs to our preferred spec . The order arrived today just a few weeks later and is perfect .
The company kept us in touch throughout and delivery today albeit a little difficult to master our hallway into our home nothing was too much of a problem for the team .

I’ve written a few reviews about small businesses over the years; however I’ve never felt so compelled to write one as I have for Rydan Design and Interiors. After a sofa disaster purchase a few months back, I researched and researched until I was sick of researching into small businesses that could offer me a quality assured end to end service that allowed me the freedom to choose what I wanted from a sofa with great reviews behind them. I found Rydan and I haven’t been disappointed at any stage of the process. Daniel has been incredible and so has his mum. They’ve reassured me and boy…. Have they delivered. My sofa is beyond beautiful!!!! If you have trust issues like I do, TRUST THEM! They are amazing, their products are incredible and so is their customer service. After ordering samples of tweed and leather and chatting with Dan I felt confident I’d ordered the right sofa for my needs. I was quite particular about shades/ colours of tweed to match room decor and this resulted in the team sending me additional samples - but nothing was too much trouble. We bought a Chesterfield sofa for our newly refurbished dental practice. Ordering was simple and we were able to add bespoke touches such as the fabric etc. On the date of the delivery two professional staff unpacked it and ensured that it reached us in perfect condition. The sofa has had loads of positive comments of how stylish and elegant it looks and is the focal point of the patient waiting area. Would definitely recommend.
We recently bought two sofas from Rydan Interiors, having visited the shop to view and try the sofas. The staff were very helpful in assisting us, offering lots of different options for us to choose our sofas from. These were made to order and completed within the time frame we were given, delivered and installed carefully by friendly staff. My partner and I recently found a sofa, coffee table and media unit from Rydan's online store which perfectly matched what we've spent alot of time hunting for.
Initially we were a little nervous making such large purchases without visiting the showroom in Hull (other side of the country for us), however after doing a little research and also after speaking to Daniel and his team we felt confident enough to go ahead.
This was definitely the right decision. Each product is fantastic, excellent quality and style.
We also decided to go for the ex display unit when it came to our sofa choice, another potential risk which really paid off. The item is in absolutely fantastic condition and there are zero hints that this is ex display.
On top of the quality items, the service was fantastic. Everything was communicated clearly up until and including delivery day.
The delivery guys did a great job bringing everything up to our flat and setting up the sofa.
