Fantastic service from beginning to end. The furniture was delivered earlier than scheduled. The quality is outstanding. The delivery guys installed and removed all of the packaging, ensuring we were happy with the furniture before they left. I would highly recommend.

This company have been amazing start to finish. Fantastic communication and advice throughout, and we could not be happier with our new sofa. It was outstanding value for money, and their movers managed to install it in our rather narrow flat superbly (John Lewis had failed to install a smaller sofa a couple of months earlier). Couldn't be happier with it the whole experience of purchasing a new settee and chair plus re covering out dining chairs, Danny was so helpful telling us what would be best (leather or cloth) in our circumstances. Plenty of cups of tea and coffee available. Delivery chaps were brilliant with me helping move my old furniture into the conservatory ready for charity collection, I've already ordered a recliner chair from them and again Danny was very helpful and he knows his stuff. I would absolutely 💯 recommend this company 👌.

We visited to showroom in Hull to check out the quality beforehand, but wouldn't need to do that in the future as all the stuff they sell is quality.

Amazing retailer, Trina was kind enough to give us an appointment on a Saturday, we travelled from Wakefield to Hull and were not disappointed. I received my sofa exactly on time . The delivery drivers were very professional and We were delighted with the quality and look of the sofa. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Rydan Design & Interiors were very helpful with the initial order and confirmation of order. However when projected delivery date was passed we had to chase them up twice as to what was happening, they could improve on keeping customer updated. Actual delivery on the day was very good with delivery men asking if they could deliver it earlier as they were ahead of schedule. Both were very courteous and polite purveying a good image of the company. Wording on delivery tracking could be better as when it said they were one stop away we panicked as we were not at home at the time, it turned out that they were just leaving London when we are in Dorset! Perhaps a tracking comment along the lines of “We’re one hour away” would be better. Would certainly deal with Rydan again though. B&M Foley

From ordering to delivery this process was seamless. Questions, via the contact form, were answered fully and in a timely manner. The delivery was on time with the new chair put in position and the old one being moved to a safe place. The new chair is just as expected and is so comfortable that I have hardly moved since it arrived.

Rydan Interiors have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our bespoke sofa is stunning and the quality is amazing. Daniel is Sales has been great, his communication throughout the entire process, from design, updates on completion and then arranging a delivery time suitable. Carl on the delivery team listened to instructions and gave me a call prior to delivery so I did not have to lose a whole day's annual leave. On arrival, they removed our old sofa and placed it in a position for the council to collect. All in all a fantastic experience. I would thoroughly recommend Rydan Interiors. We could not be any happier with our new sofas and armchair. The quality of the leather and the Harris tweed is excellent, and looks amazing in our lounge. From our initial conversation with Daniel to place our order, to the friendly and professional delivery by Paul and Carl, the customer service has been outstanding! We have had an excellent service from Rydan Design from our visit to the showroom to try out the sofas there was no pushy sales and Daniel was superb and gave us time to decide with our choice of sofa . We were able to design our own sofa and chairs to our preferred spec . The order arrived today just a few weeks later and is perfect . The company kept us in touch throughout and delivery today albeit a little difficult to master our hallway into our home nothing was too much of a problem for the team . We wouldn’t hesitate with any future orders .

I’ve written a few reviews about small businesses over the years; however I’ve never felt so compelled to write one as I have for Rydan Design and Interiors. After a sofa disaster purchase a few months back, I researched and researched until I was sick of researching into small businesses that could offer me a quality assured end to end service that allowed me the freedom to choose what I wanted from a sofa with great reviews behind them. Rydan is a very small team delivering exceptional customer service! After ordering samples of tweed and leather and chatting with Dan I felt confident I’d ordered the right sofa for my needs. I was quite particular about shades/ colours of tweed to match room decor and this resulted in the team sending me additional samples - but nothing was too much trouble. The team kept in touch throughout the process. The sofa was ready earlier than expected; dimensions were spot on……and it’s perfect!! So delighted I’ve now ordered matching ‘snuggle chair’.
