Fantastic customer care. Whole process was a pleasure. Delivery was great. The product is super made and lovely quality. These guys tick all the boxes. I would not hesitate to buy from then again. We visited to showroom in Hull to check out the quality beforehand, but wouldn't need to do that in the future as all the stuff they sell is quality.

We could not be any happier with our new sofas and armchair. The quality of the leather and the Harris tweed is excellent, and looks amazing in our lounge. From our initial conversation with Daniel to place our order, to the friendly and professional delivery by Paul and Carl, the customer service has been outstanding! We can't recommend the whole team at Rydan enough. The sofas and chairs are extremely comfortable, and Holly the English cocker spaniel has given the paws-up to her new chair!

Rydan is a very small team delivering exceptional customer service! After ordering samples of tweed and leather and chatting with Dan I felt confident I’d ordered the right sofa for my needs. I was quite particular about shades/ colours of tweed to match room decor and this resulted in the team sending me additional samples - but nothing was too much trouble. The team kept in touch throughout the process. The sofa was ready earlier than expected; dimensions were spot on……and it’s perfect!! So delighted I’ve now ordered matching ‘snuggle chair’. We have had an excellent service from Rydan Design from our visit to the showroom to try out the sofas there was no pushy sales and Daniel was superb and gave us time to decide with our choice of sofa . We were able to design our own sofa and chairs to our preferred spec . The order arrived today just a few weeks later and is perfect . The company kept us in touch throughout and delivery today albeit a little difficult to master our hallway into our home nothing was too much of a problem for the team . We wouldn’t hesitate with any future orders .

From ordering to delivery this process was seamless. Questions, via the contact form, were answered fully and in a timely manner. The delivery was on time with the new chair put in position and the old one being moved to a safe place. The new chair is just as expected and is so comfortable that I have hardly moved since it arrived.

Rydan Interiors have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our bespoke sofa is stunning and the quality is amazing. Daniel is Sales has been great, his communication throughout the entire process, from design, updates on completion and then arranging a delivery time suitable. Carl on the delivery team listened to instructions and gave me a call prior to delivery so I did not have to lose a whole day's annual leave. On arrival, they removed our old sofa and placed it in a position for the council to collect. All in all a fantastic experience. I would thoroughly recommend Rydan Interiors. Sofa...so good! We bought a Chesterfield sofa for our newly refurbished dental practice. Ordering was simple and we were able to add bespoke touches such as the fabric etc. On the date of the delivery two professional staff unpacked it and ensured that it reached us in perfect condition. The sofa has had loads of positive comments of how stylish and elegant it looks and is the focal point of the patient waiting area. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing retailer, Trina was kind enough to give us an appointment on a Saturday, we travelled from Wakefield to Hull and were not disappointed. Trina was exceptionally nice and professional, with lots of help and advice. I can't recommend Rydan enough to all. Beautiful chairs. Had both leather matching and tweed on back. Really stunning pieces. My only one complaint is one leg is bent slightly which bothers me. Otherwise great comfy chairs

We first found Rydan online whilst looking all over for seating for our new kitchen / dining room. The owners were really helpful over the phone and arranged for us to view the chairs and stools we liked online, in their showroom. It was easy to find and everything was well displayed, so we were able to test the seats and as well as look at them in the showroom, to see them in natural daylight to make sure they were the perfect matches for our chosen colour scheme. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and even made us a welcome cuppa on arrival. We didn't take long to decide and were able to bring the stools home ourselves as they were in stock. The dining chairs were delivered a few days later by Dan and a colleague. Self assembly was minimal and straightforward and the quality and finish on both the chairs and stools are first rate. A bonus was the very competitive price of the items, which we had seen priced more highly elsewhere. It was a very positive experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Rydan for their choice, advice and quality dining furniture and more. Rydan Design & Interiors were very helpful with the initial order and confirmation of order. However when projected delivery date was passed we had to chase them up twice as to what was happening, they could improve on keeping customer updated. Actual delivery on the day was very good with delivery men asking if they could deliver it earlier as they were ahead of schedule. Both were very courteous and polite purveying a good image of the company. Wording on delivery tracking could be better as when it said they were one stop away we panicked as we were not at home at the time, it turned out that they were just leaving London when we are in Dorset! Perhaps a tracking comment along the lines of “We’re one hour away” would be better. Would certainly deal with Rydan again though. B&M Foley

Saw these sofas on sale online and loved the colour. Spoke with Daniel on live chat who gave me all the information I needed and reserved the sofas for me paid yesterday and they arrived today. The delivery was smooth and quick. Very respectful of my property took all the wrapping away and placed the sofas where I wanted them. I am very pleased with my new sofas perfect colour for my home beautifully made with quality materials I was very surprised how well made they are although I got them in the sale would have paid full price they are definitly worth it. I replaced my tetrad oskar sofas as they where to big for the front room once we had moved but these are the perfect size. What is also amazing is that although ordered from Internet without viewing there is also a 14 day money back guarantee if you need to return but I was not disappointed at all and will buy again and will be recommending to my friends all in all a great experience. Great team great price fabulous product.

The chair I purchased from Rydan is exceptional quality. Communication from start to finish could not have been better. The delivery yesterday was superbly arranged and the 2 guys were considerate and careful even removing their shoes without being asked. It is a worry dealing with a company for the first time and purchasing furniture from online pictures but I couldn't be happier with the quality of the finish. Team Ryden Interiors have surpassed all expectations!!
