Here are some of our common questions.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do. Our showroom is located in Hull and is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Fridays and Sundays.
Are your products suitable to use in a contract environment?
Yes, many of our products are suitable for contract and commercial settings. If you’d like to discuss your specific requirements or project details, please Contact Us we’ll be happy to advise and provide tailored options.
Do You Deliver Nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Delivery costs will be visible on the product page. If you would like delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us for a quote.
How long will delivery take?
Bespoke set specification items are delivered within approximately 8–12 weeks of order confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page. In-stock items are delivered within 3–6 weeks, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please note that while we strive to meet all stated lead times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer assembly service?
Yes, we do offer an assembly service. This is included as standard for our sofas and wingback chairs but not for all products. If you're unsure, please contact us.
Im not sure it will fit in my house?
Ensuring the item will fit into your property is ultimately the customer's responsibility, and we cannot be held liable if an item does not fit. However, most of our products will pass through a standard doorway. If you are unsure, please contact us with images and dimensions, and we'll gladly advise on the possibility of getting the item into your home.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, we accept a 50% deposit on all made-to-order items, with the remaining balance due before delivery once the item is ready. If the item is in stock at the time of order, we do not accept deposits—full payment is required.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all of our items come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Some products, like our British-made sofas, include an extended frame warranty of up to 20 years. Warranty details are visible on the product page.
Do you use AI-generated images on your website?
Some lifestyle images on our website are created or enhanced using AI technology to help show products in styled settings. Each product listing includes at least one genuine photograph of the actual item. Please note that colours, textures and finishes may appear differently in person due to lighting conditions and individual screen or monitor settings.
