One thing I'd double-check is the wording “the remaining balance will be collected automatically”. If your deposit system actually charges the customer's remaining 70% automatically, that's fine. If you instead contact the customer or send them a payment request when the furniture is ready, that sentence should be changed because it gives a very different expectation.
